Meet
the Author Laura Numeroff!
Laura Numeroff is a world renowned children's book author with several of her most popular books printed in multiple languages. Her books are not only a joy to read but the are also wonderful books to base elementary classroom lessons on.
Born in Brooklyn, New York to William and Florence in in 1953, she grew up being the youngest in her family with older sisters Emily and Alice. She attended college at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. After she took a class on children's books she knew that was the career for her. During college she wrote and illustrated a children's book and by the time she graduated she already had her first book contract!

Meet
the Illustrator Felicia Bond! 
Felicia Bond although probably best known for her illustrating talent is also a wonderful author. You can see this in her book Tumble Bumble which she authored and illustrated herself.
Bond was raised both in New York and Texas. She was the second oldest in a family of seven. Felicia Bond attended the University of Texas at Austin and received a degree in Fine ARts. She now resides in Austin, Texas, where she continues to work on new books.
